- Cabin
requires deposit to hold reservations. Personal checks accepted
for advance deposit.

Deposit equal to half of your rent is required. With the balance due
two weeks before arrival.

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible.
- Date
changes, requests and cancellations must be received at least 7
to 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date. You are obliged to
dates reserved.

Refunds can only be made if we re-rent the cabin.

Smoking is restricted to outside only. No smoking inside cabins,
please.
- We
accommodate pet's . The security deposit is higher, and we
charge $90 for cleaning with pet's .
- Check
in time is 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am.
